Day 135/365 – Yellow Daisy

I tried to bring out the yellow in this flower and enhanced the the shadows. Let me know what you think. If you have suggestions on how I could make a photo like this better, please let me know. I love constructive criticism.

Day 133/365 – Work Plant

While I was at the office today I decided to take a break from my awesome job. So I went outside to get some air and soak up some vitamin D on this beautiful day. I saw this plant/shrub and wasn’t sure what the name of it was. If you know, please respond to this post.

Day 129/365 – I Do Not Recommend Doing This

Folks, do not try this at home. This is performed by a trained professional, or someone who is just too curious for his own good health. Looking straight into the sun through a camera lens isn’t the brightest idea (pardon the pun). I have to admit, I saw spots for about 30 minutes after i took the shot. It still hurts when I look at this photo..

After the pain and some light room editing, I think it looks pretty cool. Not necessarily art, but it was fun working with it. So I hope you enjoy this photo, if not, then the pain was for nothing. 😉

Day 128/365 – Playing Nicely Together

Here are Jenna and Ryan playing nicely together. Looks like Ryan is showing her how to play something on a Nintendo DS game. Or Jenna is cheating. 😉

I took this photo with my iPhone with very low light in the room. Little help from Lightroom, and viola!

Day 127/365 – Water on Window

I took this photo with my iPhone right after the rain fell. We were inside a local fast food place. I loved the look of the clouds, but the rain drops on the window and the reflection of the room we were in added so much to the photo.

Day 126/365 – Colorful Stone

When we had our addition put on our house, the builder took out a huge rock our and put it further into our back yard. So I took a photo of it and applied some effects, and viola. Art was born! Hope you enjoy, I have received many flattering comments on the past few photos. I really do appreciate all the kind words! Thank you!
