Day 116/365 – Baby Robin
Here is a little baby robin that allowed me to get closer than normal. So I took the shot.
Day 115/365 – My Keyboard Photo with the iPhone
It seems that the iPhone is a better photographer than me. If you remember a while back I tried to take a photo of this same keyboard but it came out looking all blurry. Although it looked cool, it wasn’t what I was trying for.
Day 114/365 – Happy Easter
Happy Easter everyone. Here is a photo I took of local power lines when visiting my wife’s family. I added some tinting to make it more Eastery.
Day 113/365 – White Chocolate
I took this photo when we went to see the Easter Bunny with the kids at Hebert’s Candy Mansion in Shrewsbury Massachusetts. I don’t know the girl in the reflection, but this was the perfect angle. And guess what, it was a total mistake. I didn’t even see her in the view finder on my camera. I was just shooting the chocolate. So this goes to show that sometimes a good shot is completely by mistake and that you should always look through all your shots.
Day 112/365 – The Blooming Hyacinth
I love the color of this plant. I took many shots but this one stood out because I could visualize this in a gardening magazine or some other publication. Let me know what you think.
Day 111/365 – Lens Flare Experiment
In this photo, I was experimenting with lens flare. Most people would say lens flare is a mistake, but I think with the right eye and imagination you can do really neat things with it. Tell me what you think. If you have your own examples of lens flare, please share.
Day 110/365 – Jenna and Daddy
We took the kids to Chuck E’ Cheese today in celebration of my wife’s birthday. I took a photo of me and Jenna with my iPhone’s front facing camera which turned out very grainy. With a little help from Adobe Photoshop Lightroom, I was able to make the photo look pretty decent. Let me know what you think.
Day 109/365 – Where The Heck Is The Bat Pole?
I found this Robin supervising it’s offspring while they gathered twigs for their nest. Even this daddy can get his children working. What am I doing wrong? I refuse to feed my kids like they do however.
Day 108/365 – RC Jumping
My son and I have started a new hobby. It is remote controlled truck racing. In this photo, the truck is jumped by Ryan, 7 years old and the photo was taken by me. It was a great jump with only one shot taken. Not the clearest picture, but then again, the jump was spectacular.
Day 107/365 – Mostly Cloudy
Today there were a lot of neat looking clouds. When I was a kid I would look at the clouds and try to figure out what they look like. I could always match them with something in my mind. What does this one look like to you?
